2. Conclusion of contract

When placing an order using the online form on our website, clicking the “Order” button means that you are making a binding offer to conclude a sales agreement for the merchandise in your shopping basket. You will then receive confirmation that we have received your offer to conclude a sales agreement. This order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your offer. Your offer will be accepted separately.

3. Delivery costs

There is no minimum order quantity. The delivery costs will be displayed when you enter the delivery information on placing your order

Should it be necessary to make part-deliveries because the merchandise cannot all be sent at the same time, the follow-up deliveries will be made free of charge.

4. Payment methods

You may pay in advance by bank transfer, PayPal, credit card or cash on delivery. The seller reserves the right to exclude certain methods of payment. The cash on delivery option is not available for orders dispatched abroad.

Orders will only be dispatched when the entire invoice amount has been credited to the seller’s account. This does not apply to cash on delivery.

When paying by cash on delivery, the customer pays the delivery company directly. Please note that the delivery company may charge its own fees in addition to the cash on delivery fee.

5. Retention of title

The merchandise shall remain the seller’s property until it has been paid for in full.

6. Merchandise price

All prices quoted are final prices in Euro including statutory value added tax.

7. Withdrawal and returns

Consumers are entitled to revoke their declaration of intent to conclude a sales agreement within two weeks. No reason need be given for such a withdrawal, which must be sent in writing (e.g. by letter, fax or e-mail) or declared by returning the merchandise to the company BIKERSDISCOUNT, proprietor Gert Tobay. This deadline is deemed to have been complied with if the cancellation or merchandise is dispatched in due time. This deadline begins no earlier than one day after receipt of the merchandise and of the instructions on legal recourse, which must also be issued in writing.

Consequences of withdrawal:

In the case of a valid withdrawal, the goods and services supplied by each party must be returned along with any benefits derived from them. If you are unable to return some or all of the goods and/or services supplied, or if their condition has deteriorated, you will be obliged to compensate us accordingly. This does not apply to the return of items where the deterioration of the item is due solely to inspection, as would be possible in a shop. Incidentally, the obligation to pay compensation can be avoided by not treating the item as your property and abstaining from anything which may affect the item’s value. Articles which can be dispatched as parcels must be returned. Articles which cannot be dispatched as parcels will be collected.

The purchaser is obliged to bear the cost of returning the goods in cases where the goods delivered are the same as the goods ordered and the item to be returned does not exceed 40.00 €. If the price is higher, the purchaser must bear the cost of returning the item if he has not yet rendered his return service or made a contractually agreed part-payment. Returns may be made free of charge in all other cases.

Deliveries made abroad must be returned at no expense to us.

Obligations to reimburse payments must be met within 30 days of sending your declaration of withdrawal.

Notes on returns:

Please frank the returned item adequately to avoid postal surcharges. The postage costs will be reimbursed immediately. We can also send you a complete parcel stamp for your return.

8. Warranty

The statutory warranty regulations apply.
